As the son of two teachers, I began my post-college career as a junior high teacher and athletic director in Aiea, Hawaii. I learned the value of diversity in backgrounds and talents and honed the craft of helping others to realize their role and potential on teams. I carried this perspective into my business career as I mentored individuals to seek roles and opportunities that capitalize on their individual strengths.
